Govt. Approves New Hostel

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. July 8 Government approval for the building of a hostel with 150 beds on the same site as the new teachers’ college in Hamilton was announced today by the Minister of Education (Mr Tennent) in a telegram to Mr L. R. AdamsSchnedder, M.P.

The project will be included in the 1964-65 Education Building Programme and the cost is expected to be in the vicinity of £250,000 The hostel is expected to be completed for use in 1967.
