(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, July 8. The young man who was burnt to 'death when his car hit a bank, capsized and burst into flames near Ranfurly early yesterday morning was: Johanns Ruitenberg, aged 24, a carpenter, a Dutch immigrant, who had no relatives in New Zealand.
