Three Rates Of Interest

(NJ!. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 14. The Minister of Finance (Mr Lake) tonight appealed for support for the Government’s £l5 million cash loan which opens on Monday. He said the loan was being offered at three rates of interest—4 3-16 per cent, repayable on July 15, 1965, issued at par with a minimum subscription of £10,000; 5 per cent, repayable on August 15, 1967-69, issued at par with a minimum subscription of £5O, and 5 per cent, repayable on August 15, 1979-81, issued at £9B 10s per £ 100 of stock with a minimum subscription of £5O. The loan would close on July 5.
