Christchurch Man's
Success
Mr J. B Will, at Christchurch, has won an international quality award given by the Life Insurance Agencv Management Association of the United States "in recognition otf outstanding service provided to the public through the maintenance of an excellent pens latency rate on life insurance placed in force through his personal service."
This was only the second occasion on which New Zealanders had qualified for the award, said a Congratulaterv letter from the New Zealand life branch manager of the Prudential Assurance Company (Mr C. C. Hough). The association sets as a criterion for its award a lapse rate of not more than 10 per cent, on at least 25 life insurance policies each year over a two-year period. Mr Will had a lapse rate of only i per cent, on the policies he sold in two years.
