WELLINGTON, June 12.

An elderly Wellington man lay injured in bitter cold for more than two hours before being found and taken to hospital about 6.48 p.m. today. He is Mr V. Robinson, retired, of Countenay place. He was found, suffering from a suspected fractured pelvis, fractured right leg, concussion, severe exposure and shock, lying at the bottom of a 7ft bank in the grounds of St. Patrick’s College. Tory street. His condition tonight was reported to be satisfactory.
