Fire In Cafe

(N.Z Press Association) WANGANUI, June 2.

Fire early yesterday morning swept through the kitchen of the Majestic Cafe. Tui street. Taihape. When the Taihape Volunteer Fire Brigade arrived, flames were breaking through the roof The plant and equipment were damaged beyond repair Two refrigerators, a tape recorder. and a radio were among othel articles destroyed in the blaze.

The dining-room was damaged by smoke and water, and it is believed the stock is a write-off
