Admiral H D Felt, has left his Hawaii headquarters to fly to New Zealand for the A.N Z U.S pact meeting. (Honolulu. May 30.) Mr J L. Hili' has been appointed secretary of the News paper Proprietors' Association of New Zealand. He succeeds he late Mr C. E Owen. Mr Hill was formerly the association’s assistant secretary (P.A.I Wing Commander J. M Checketts has been appointed manager-secretary of the Otago Acclimatisation Society He will take up his new appointment on July 1.—(P.A.lMr M. S.
