Godfrey Bowen Goes To Russia
(N.Z Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 2. Mr Godfrey Bowen, the Wool Board field director, left Whenuapai on' Saturday for a 30-day visit to Russia, where one of his main missions is to form a shearing instructors’ training school. Mr Bowen’s trip, which is hid fourth world tour, has been arranged by negotiation between the Russian Embassy in Wellington and the Wool Board.
All of his expenses are being paid by the Russians.
