M.P.s Back In The Fold

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, May 31 The British Parliamentary Labour Party today readmitted five “rebel” members expelled from the party two years ago after a dispute over defence costs.

They are Mr M. Foot, Mr S. S. Silverman, Mr E. Hughes. Mr S. O. Davies, and Mr W. Baxter.

They were expelled on March 18, 1961, for voting against the Government's defence estimates when the official Labour policy was to abstain from voting.

When sorrow reaches Its climax, joy is not far away.— Jugoslav proverb.
