Publican Fined
CN.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, May 10. Found guilty in the Supreme Court earlier this week on a charge of attempting to have sexual intercourse with a girl under 16 years. James Kerring Murphy, a hotel proprietor, of Taumarunui, was today fined £lOO by Mg Justice Gresson. He was also ordered to pay £35 toward the cost of the prosecution.
