Rider Out For Week (N.Z. Press Association) GISBORNE. May 12 After the Matawhero Novice Stakes No. 1 at Gisborne, C. B. Harris, the rider of Jillian, was charged with causing interference to Blue Spray (R. C. Smith), which in turn caused interference to Suro.ih. ridden by R. J Sutherland, about half a furlong after the start. The lommittee found the charge proved and suspended Harris from the conclusion of the day’s racing until May 18.
