CHOLERA IN MALAYA

(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) KUALA LUMPUR. May 11. Cholera has killed three people in the south Malaya town of Malacca, and 76 cases have been admitted to hospital. Four thousand British, Australian and New Zealand troops from the nearby Commonwealth camp at Terendak have been warned to stay clear of the infected area. Health authorities today were discussing whether to close off the borders of the State against further spread of the disease.
