FAMILY IN CRASH

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 12. A family of seven was taken to Green Lane Hospital this morning after their car mounted a kerb, passed between two traffic light standards with inches to spare and crashed through the front doors of a pharmacy at the corner of Green Lane road and the Great South road. All seven were treated for shock and cuts and later discharged. The car wrecked the doors of the shop and threw glass 25 feet into the premises. The driver of the car, Mrs Ivy Milly Mason, aged 24, of Papatoetoe. suffered abrasions and shock. Her husband, Mr Leslie Mason, suffered cuts to the head and a leg and suffereo shock Their five children were treated for shock.
