TOP: The ministerial car leading traffic across the bridge after the opening ceremony. BOTTOM: Mr G. O. Rutherford (right), a local resident and a former member of the Amuri County Council, has the distinction of cutting the ribbon across the bridge entrance. With him is Mr Goosman, who is holding an end of the ribbon.
