Since he came to Sydney for the Summer Cup on Feb-ruary-2, Cardigan Bay has won £20,760> in stakes in Australia. No horse had previously won more than £15.000 in an entire season in Australia. Including his two wins in the Perth Inter-Dominion Championship' last year. Cardigan Bay has scored nine wins from 11 starts. He will return to New Zealand on May 29, Results: — CARDIGAN BAY scr F.
