Homeservicemen Elect Officers

Officers of the Christchurch branch of the New Zealand Homeservicemen's Association elected at the branch’s annual meeting were: President, Mr E. V. Green; vice-presidents, Messrs L. Harris, and H. Moxley; honorary auditor, Mr J. Roysmith; patriotic welfare officer, Brigadier F. Hay; patriotic welfare councellor, Mr G. J. B. Goode. A Salvation Army officer, Brigadier F. Hay, was last night elected an honorary member of the association.

Tongan Reunion.— There will be a Royal Tongan family reunion in Auckland today. The Tongan Minister of Lands (Prince TuIpelehake) and his wife. Princess Melenaite, will meet their six children, who attend Auckland schools—(P.A.)
