Offered on account of the estate of F. C. Fransden, a bungalow at 149 Neville street, Spreydon, was passed in at £2300 when it did not reach the reserve of £2400 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr D. Chapman. Built of wood with an iron roof, the house has a lounge, breakfastroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. Outbuildings on the section of 24.3 perches include a workshop and a fowlhouse. A house at 608 Barbadoes street, St. Albans, was passed in at £l7OO The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan. The house comprises four bedrooms, diningroom, kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. Outbuildings include a laundry, glasshouse, and fowlhouse. Mr Keenan also passed in a bungalow at 94 Frankleigh street. Spreydon, at £2750 The house has two bedrooms, sunroom, two livingrooms, and bathroom. There is also a garage, workshop, and glasshouse on the section of 30 perches A house at 121 Nayland street.
