Mr Nordmeyer Takes Over (N.Z. Press Association? WELLINGTON. March 31. Mr A. H. Nordmeyer will take over the leadership of the Parliamentary Labour Party tomorrow. He succeeds Mr W Nash, who has retired from the position, but not from Parliament. Mr Nash was 81 last February. He has led the Parliamentary Labour Party since the death of Mr Peter Fraser in November. 1950. Mr Nordmeyer was 62 last February He is the first native New Zealander to be elected to the leadership of the party since it was founded in 1916. Mr Nordmeyer is without a deputy. Mr Frederick Hackett having died on March 19 The first caucus to be called by Mr Nordmeyer will be a two-day meeting on April 29 and 30. at which the post, of deputy may be filled
