Wage-Rise For IceCream Workers
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 21. Ice-cream manufacturers’ employees have been given wage increases of up to 6s a week in an award issued today by the Arbitration Court. The award will- operate until August 18 nex-t year. It covers ice-cream workers in Wellington, Taranaki, Nelson, Westland and Canterbury industrial districts.
