Driver Injured.—After tbe car he wu driving hit a telegraph pole in Sawyers Arms road about 7 p.m. yesterday Gavin Sutberinod. of 60 Joy street, was admitted to the Christchurch HoggttaL Mr Sutherland suffered oourasssior., and his condittoci tate last evening was de-
