Assault By Hungarian

(NJt. Press Association) INVERCARGILL, Feb. 21. A 38-year-old Hungarian workman, Deso Csibrik. who pleaded guilty before Mr J. K. Patterson, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Invereargill to a charge of assault was remanded to Seacliff Hospital for observation and a report until March 20. under section 37 of the Mental Health Act.

Sergeant D. T. Crowe Mid that Csibrik rushed out of the Milford Hotel and kicked Graham Anthony Pyzer. He then leapt on his back and continued the attack. The complainant threw Csibrik off. but was again attacked. When interviewed Csibrik said that the complainant reminded him of a Communist who had tortured him in Hungary,
