Georgia’s Old Not Infirm
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—-Copyright) MOSCOW, February 13. There are about 2100 people more than 100 years of age in the Russian Republic of Georgia, according to statistics quoted by Tass. The figures showed that one man, named A. Piliya, 122 years old, still worked cm a collective farm. Another, 125-year-old E. Liparteliani, worked as a watchman, the British United Press reported. Observations showed that old people who stayed active lived longer, said the agency message. Resppeinted.— Mr H. L. Bockett.
