Prediction By Priest (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 15. Union of the Roman Catholic and the eastern orthodox churches will come about, but it will take time, a visiting eastern rite priest predicted today.

The Melkite sect, centred in Lebanon, is an autonomous branch of the Byzantine rite which, unlike the Greek and Russian Orthodox churches, recognises the primacy of the Pope.
