A section of 1 rood 13.3 perches at the corner of Somerfield and Studholme streets was sold for £lBBO at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of the estate of Florence Mary Williams. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. McCrostie. Bidding started at £l7OO. There were two bids of £5O, two of £25, and three of £lO.
The section, which is capable of subdivision, has a frontage of 201.9 links to Somerfield street, and 165 links to Studholme street.
