Fluoridation In Ireland

Mrs Gladys Ryan, a Dublin housewife, is challenging in the High Court of Ireland the validity of the Health Fluoridation of Water Sup-, plies Act, 1960, which comes into force in the Dublin area on April 1. She is seeking a declaration that the act is repugnant to the Irish Constitution.
