(N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA Feb. 10. Rotorua would have a separate five-storey post office and a four-storey automatic telephone exchange costing £1,259,000 by 1968, the Post-master-General (Mr Kinsella) said in Rotorua on Saturday. The delay in the buildings —promised originally to be completed in 1964 and later in 1966 —was due to design difficulties, he said.
