Duke Sells 23 Old Masters
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) LONDON, December 16. Twenty-three Old Master paintings belonging to the Duke of Norfolk were sold at Christie’s auction in London today. The sale brought £14,948 for the duke, the “Evening News” diarist reported. Top price was £3675 for the “Adoration of Christ,” by the Italian, Giannicola di Paola Manni.
