Justices of the Peace) FINED £6 A mam, whose name was suppressed, was fined £6 on changes of using obscene language, resisting the police, and being drunk in Riccarton road. He pleaded guilty. Sergeant B. D. Read sand that two constables on patrol saw streams of traffic swerve to avoid the accused staggering across Riccarton road about 6.30 p.m. on Friday. He resisted arrest and used obscene language. REMANDED
Peter ’Uggs, aged 31, a workman, was remanded on bail until today on a charge of . being under the influence of drink or drugs while in change of a motor vehicle at Dunsandel on Friday night.
