ROYAL VISIT
Free Use Of Park
The Victory Park Board has been pleased to give the Christchurch Qty Council the use of Lancaster Park rent free for the Royal Visit on February 16, said the secretary of the board (Mr K, N. McGillivray) last night. The council will be asked to protect the wicket block in the centre of the oval and also to ensure that the rights of 25 and 20 year members to their allotted seats for the function be preserved, Mr McGillivray said.
