(N.Z J 3 .A.-Reuter— l Copy rig ht) ASKATOON, Dec. 11. A philosophy student at the University of Saskatchewan, Guy Ritter, has claimed a world hand-shaking record. Using only one hand he said he shook 10,292 hands on Saturday in nine hours, beating the previous record of 10,291 in 10 hours 10 minutes, set last February in Stafford, England.
