Chinese-Indian War
Sir,—On this topic both “P.J-A.” and “J.L.” are well off beam. They should orientate their interpretations of your news columns. This war is over the watershed of the Himalayan mountains. May I suggest both these correspondents back me up in suggesting that all concerned cease slaughtering each other and form a board similar to the Tennessee Valley Authority which has brought such benefit to America.—Yours, etc., RALPH S. WHEELER. November 24, 1962.
