THREE YEARS’ GAOL
Indecent Assault On Male (N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON N., Nov. 5. It was clear from the probation officer’s report that Ronald Robert Nicol, aged 41. should be detained for a lengthy period, not only for his own protection but ate for the protection of others, said Mr D G. Sinclair. SM. in the Palmerston North Magistrate's Court yesterday. He sent Nicol to ptwon for three yean. Nicol was appearing for sentence on a charge of indecently assaulting another male, aged 7 years 10 months The Magietrate recommended that Nicol be medically examined.
