Russia Plans New Towns

Nearly 100 new or radically rebuilt towns, all with a population of 200,000 w’ill rise in Siberia within 20 years, Tass reported. The centres will be built near newly-discovered mineral deposits. They will include seven cities in Krasnoyarsk territory with more than a million inhabitants.
