The twenty-fifth conference of the New Zealand Professional Photographers’ Association yesterday elected the following officers: President. Mr M Kershaw: vice-presidents, Messrs K Niven (senior). J. H Richards (junior): immediate past president. Mr F. Niederer: secretary-treasurer. Mr J C Red ward. Group Chairmen.—Portrait. Mr B J Woods: commercial Mr G C 'Wood: candid. Mr D C Oddie; dealers. Mr G B Tomkinson; processing. Mr H Hamilton District Council Chairmen —Auckland. Mr B J Woods: Taranaki. Mr H Chartiers; Mid-Island. Mr W. B. Watt: Hawke's Bay. Mr P. Hammond: Gisborne, Mr L Cornish: Wellington. Mr G. Royle; Nelson-Marlborough, Mr R. Kay: Canterbury - Westland Mr G. L. Crozier: Otago, Mr A. Joll: Southland, Mr E Rillstone.
Dinner Guests. Admiral D. M. Tyree, with his staff were guests of Scott Base at dinner on Tuesday. Mr A. Roberts, leader. Colonel R. A. Tinker, leader of the 1962-63 party, and Mr R. Logie, his deputy, welcomed them and after dinner escorted them over the base.—(P.A.)
