When the trout-fishing season opens on October 1, Aucklanders will be able .to catch trout in the city Their fishing will be at Lake Pupuke on the North Shore where the survivors of 200.000 fingerlings and try released there two years ago are now of a fair size Waitemata Acclimatisation Society officers making a trial fish of the Lake on Saturday caught a 15in trout weighing lib Boz with a condition factor of 40—length related to weight—which is described as excellent.
