Thai Dishes On Menu

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 22.

For their evening meal at the Star Hotel tonight the King and Queen of Thailand and the entourage had the choice of a huge menu which included some Thai dishes, fruit brought specially from the United States and salmon imported from Canada.

Tlie food the King ordered was prepared personally by the Star Hotel’s bead chef. Mr S. A. Young, who learned his business in passenger liners and in big Australian hotels.
