School Certificate “Bluff”
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 22. “In some ways the School Certificate is a bit of a bluff It is no guarantee a person holding it has an education “We, in my department could suggest a way of getting around the question of School Certificate—abolish it," said the Secretary for Industries and Commerce (Dr. W B. Sutch) in an address last night to the Post-Primary Teachers' Association conference.
