Difficulties For Driver (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MELBOURNE. Aug. 21. A man who officially has not been born has been fined £5 by a Magistrate in the Victoria country .town of Sale for being an unlicensed driver. And the driver, James William Watt, says he cannot get a licence because he cannot prove his age. His trouble started, he claims, when his mother did not register his birth.
