Children Swallow Tablets
Two children were taken to the Christchurch Hospital last week after swallowing tablets.
A boy aged two and a hall swallowed five tablets. He was treated and discharged A two-year-o’d girl also swallowed tablets, and after a stomach wash-out wai discharged. A boy aged two who ate laburnum seeds was admitted for observation, and a 20-month-old girl who drank kerosene was admitted.
