Petition To Parliament
Sir,—Regarding a report in “The Press” of August 9, 1962. relating to. my petition to Parliament (which was favourably recommended), I wish to draw attention to the fact that I was in receipt of an emergency sickness benefit and not an emergency unemployment benefit, as reported in your paper. The prayer of my petition sought relief from the decisions of the Social Security Commission and appeal board.— Yours, etc., (Miss) E. M. BULLEN. August 9, 1962. [The error is regretted.—Ed.. ‘‘The Press.”]
