Army Gains Three Victories (N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NTH., Aug. 14. Army teams had a successful day at the annual Inter-Ser-vices’ winter tournament today with wins in hockey and men’s and women’s indoor basketball Results were:— Indoor Basketball. Men: Army beat Air Force, 45-43: Police beat Navy. 55-43. Women: Army beat Air Force, 41-26; Navy, a bve Hockey: Army beat Air Force, 3-1; Navy beat Police. 9-0.
