Lombard N.Z. Gets Bid
Lombard (New Zealand) Ltd., advises that a cash offer for the minority shareholding in Lombard (New Zealand), Ltd., of 12s 6d a share has been received from the parent bank and such offer, which is subject to the necessary Government approval, will be considered at an early meeting of the directors of the New Zealand company.
