Telstar Bid Refused INZPA-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK. Aug. 12 The three major United States television networks today broadcast film 5 ' of the orbiting Soviet cosmonauts. The films were flown to the United States after being recorded in London from Eurov sicn broadcasts picked up from Moscow Radio listeners also heard recordings of the voices of the Soviet cosmonauts. The Soviet Union rejected, however, a proposal by the American networks the National Broadcasting Company.
