Six Sub 4 Minute Milers In Field (Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) LONDON. July 31. British athletes. M. B. S. Tulloh. D. Ibbotson and J. Anderson, have been asked to run for Britain in an eight-man assault on the world 2000 metres record at the White City on August 6, says the "Daily Herald." The record holder, M. Jazy (France), who holds the unratified time of smin l.fisec, has been invited, along with the Americans, J. Beatty, the world two-mile record-holder, J. Grelle, L. Tabori and R. Seaman. Tulloh. Ibbotson, Jazy. Beatty, Grelle and Tabori have all run a mile in under four minutes.
