FACILITIES OF COURTS

Judges Fare Best IN Z.P A.-Reuter— Copyright) EDINBURGH. July 19. A survey of court facilities in 10 countries, including Australia and New Zealand, has shown that Judges fare the best of all people connected with the courts. It showed some Judges had private parking facilities, private elevators, clerical staffs, tape recorders and libraries —while the public have to wait in corridors and passages before they were called into court. The survey, conducted by Sheriff T. P. McDonald. Q.C.. of Edinburgh, was presented to the International Bar Association’s conference in Edinburgh today.
