MULTIPLE TAPE RECORDING.—An experiment in the multiple copying of a tape recording being carried out in the Seventh Day Adventist headquarters office in Christchurch by the home missionary secretary (Pastor J. J. Dever) and several laymen. They harnessed their tape recorders to their home-made "porcupine,” the name given to a box which allows for a power and sound input and for 10 outlets. They are copying a religious programme, “Time for Singing.”
