SPROUTS IN SAUCE

Ingredients: lib brussels sprouts loz butter loz flour 1 cup milk 1 egg yolk 1 walnut of extra butter 1 teaspoon lemon juice Salt and pepper

Method: Cook sprouts in boiling salted water until just tender, then drain and place in a hot bowl. Melt butter and blend in flour. Stir in milk and cook until smooth and boiling. Add salt and pepper, lemon juice and extra butter and beat in one egg yolk. Pour over the sprouts and serve hot.
