(N.ZPJC-Reuter—Copyright) HAVANA. June 25. Food boarders and speculators face six months in gaol under a new law announced in Havana. They are defined as anyone baying, possessing, or transporting in non-commercial ca-non-agricultural vehicles more than 251 b of farm produce. Cuba has had food rationing since last March 18. Dr. Castro, the Prime Minister. said the shortages resulted from the United States embargo on virtually all anipmenU to Cuba.
