DEATH FROM INJURIES

Collision Of Two Cars (N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. June 21. The driver of a car involved in a collision about four miles south of Palmerston North at 7.30 p.m. yesterday, died of injuries in hospital this morning. The driver of the other car is still listed as “seriously ill.”

The dead man is . Norman Alan Dixon, aged 29. an electronics serviceman, married, of 17 Parata street, Palmerston North.

The other driver is Eric Douglas Fuller, aged 16, a freezing worker, of 131 Cook street, Palmerston North. The police said this morning that the cars collided a few yards from a corner and both drivers were flung forward on to their steering wheels by the impact, suffering serious chest and head injuries.
