Deadlock In Laos

The Laotian princely leaders were still at loggerheads today in their efforts to establish a coalition government. Disagreement existed between the neutralist and proCommunist factions on one side and the Right-wing group on the other over drafting of a Royal installation decree, the Associated Press reported.
